[scribus] message from cmake with 1.3.5svn

Lately, I am getting this message when I run cmake in Fedora 9:

WARNING: you are using the obsolete 'PKGCONFIG' macro use FindPkgConfig

I can't find anything telling me what this means and how to fix it.
