So thats a 200 page book, or a 200 sided book? Approximately: 35 x 28cm - thats quite large. If you would accept A4 size (21 x 29cm) with a plastic coated wire binding: Lulu could do it for you for $ 34.53 per copy... (200pages) http://www.lulu.com/uk/products/paperback/?cid=uk_product_portal Seems like a big jump in price... for a few inches.
