It is in the Prewiew window that pops up when I give the create pdf command (I am not sure I get the terminology right as my Scribus version is translated to my native Swedish) in the window is a list of problems - every page with an embedded pdf is marked with a yellow dot and also the frames therein but the pages that are OK has a green dot and if there is a page with a frame without content, it is marked with a RED dot
