[scribus] Windows 1.3.5.svn now handles my eps files

Thanks for the suggestion.

So far, no instability.

Earlier I had reported that scribus-1.3.3.9 and scribus-1.3.3.12 locked up
when I attempted to click on one of my eps files in the Get Image dialog.
