you can install scribus 1.3.9 by using fink. www.finkproject.org/ it's not really difficult, but it takes time to compile. well, you may even be able to find binaries for ppc and 1.3.8 on fink... if you prefer a gui to the command line you may try http://finkcommander.sourceforge.net/ good luck and don't hesitate to ask further questions! a.l.e
