Actually, if you're making a six-panel (3 on each side) brochure, you don't 
want three equal columns. One of those panels should be about 3/16ths of an 
inch wider than the other two (sorry, I'm a Yank and ignorant of metric). 
The reason is in the folding. You'll want the third panel (looking left to 
right) to tuck into the fold created by folding panels one and two.
