Just create your document as an A5 page size. When you come to want to print use Scribus to create a PDF, then open the PDF in Adobe Reader and when you go to print choose the page scaling option as "Booklet Printing". << Printed both sides. >> If your printer does duplex set it with the appropriate edge. Otherwise in Adobe Reader in the print dialog choose the subset option as "Odd pages only" first Then after you reload the paper choose "Even pages only" maybe do a test run with first couple pages only to ensure you have got paper loaded right way etc. K.
