[scribus] Earliest version with tiff export.

LSI, the dominant POD printer in the USA, requires either pdf 
X/1-a or tiff file format for covers. I understand that X/1-a is 
available for 1.50 and following. What is the earliest version 
that allows for tiff export?  I need to modify the e-book 
referenced below appropriately
