As I never used it before, I just experimented a bit with layers and found that when you have set text surrounding a frame, this will influence text even in lower layers.
I do not have experience with layers yet, so I just ask why this is so and what it is used for. I would have expected it to be confined to other frames in its own layer. Hope you understand what I mean and thanks for any advice! Rolf
