[scribus] Multiple duplicate

When I step and repeat a text block, the leading is changed from the original 
to the stepped copies (all the copies are the same, but different from the 
original). I think what is happening is the spacing attributes are not being 
adhered to in the copies. It leads to text overflow in some cases.
