Hey! I'm having some issues exporting to a pdf-file which only contains CMYK-colors. Color-Management is enabled; I used the FOGRAL27CMYK profile for CMYK-Colors. The export profile I used was PDF/X-3, so exporting to printer is automatically enabled and principally I should get what I want.
