On https://launchpad.net/scribus (found by Google, looking for a "scribus bug tracker" main page), the "Get Involved" menu items are greyed out (with no hint why). But I admit, at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/scribus-mantis, there is in fact a link to scribus.net ... he, who has eyes to see, let him read... ;-)
