Make the frame just tall enough for the text, then use Windows > Align and Distribute, where you can center the frame vertically and horizontally with the Page as a reference. You also have to consider that depending on the text, a "true" vertically centered text may not necessarily appear so, or be as pleasing to the eye as you would think. Greg
