I am laying out a book. I envision a master page strategy like this: 1. Master page for a chapter heading. Extra space at top and no running head. 2. Master page for left hand page for each chapter, with running head for that chapter. 3. Master page for right hand page with blank running head. I overlay that running head with text frame of same size and patch in Section title.
Sounds pretty clumsy, but does anyone have a better idea? -- John Culleton Create Book Covers with Scribus: http://www.booklocker.com/p/books/4055.html Typesetting and indexing http://wexfordpress.com book sales http://wexfordpress.net Free barcode: http://www.tux.org/~milgram/bookland/
