Right now nothing can be submitted. I've just been notified via LGW that the forum thread http://forums.scribus.net/index.php/topic,243.0.html is locked for comments while stating "We ask you to submit a proposal with 10 to 30 icons in one single PNG file in this thread of the Scribus forums.".
