as i thought, libreoffice is putting the whole images into the src tags and scribus does not ignore it. i could successfully import your html in a text frame and i see why scribus has a hard time to handle it. i can prepare you an html file that you can import if it's urgent, but i'd like to fix the importer, too... ciao a.l.e
