I forgot to mention that I am using Xfce desktop envionment, although Gnome 3 and KDE are also installed. But I can't think of any reason that the desktop environment could cause Scribus to do this. I mean, Scribus is pretty rigorous about displaying fonts exactly. And I don't understand why the font displays correctly in LibreOffice Writer, but not Scribus. Need more testers of Junicode 7.2 on other platforms and desktop environments. To repeat, just copy and paste the following into a text frame and see how Scribus displays it using Junicode 7.2: ha hb hc hd he hf hg hi hj hk hl hm hn ho hp hq hr hs ht hu hv hw hx hy hz
