Isn't that the expected behavior? The bleed is added outside the margin. If you clip to margin the bleed is removed. The PDF contains the bleed space, however the Clip to Page Margins option removes the content outside the margin so the bleed space becomes white. 1.3.x didn't have bleed. /Peter
