[scribus] Scribus 1.4.1 in Debian/Ubuntu

My version has a splash screen which says 1.4.0, but when you click on 
About Scribus, the same 1.4.0 splash screen comes up, with 1.4.1svn 
underneath in the notes.  So perhaps it is just the splash screen that 
needs an upgrade.
