Hi,
One of the Scribus Special Supporters, the German colour specialist dtp studio
has made available CIE L*a*b* and CIE HLC colour palettes for several output
targets for free. The freely distributable ZIP archive supports many
proprietary software packages, but most importantly it also includes GIMP (GPL)
and Scribus (XML) versions of the palettes.
The licence (German only for the time being) permits free distribution of the
archive, provided it hasn't been modified ("Das Archiv darf in unver?nderter
Form auch gern weiter gegeben oder zum Download bereit gestellt werden."). It
also states that free distribution is desirable ("Weitergabe erw?nscht!").

for the time being) and also provides some useful colour-related stuff.
