Hi Anil, Before there can be any consideration of including your great work into trunk, please make sure that a) no ICU dependency remains and b) you're 100% sure that Scribus can be built against Vanilla Harfbuzz without losing any functionality. Otherwise you and the development team will end up endlessly patching back and forth. It would also help to add Harfbuzz in a way that others who'd like to add support for, e.g., Arabic or Hebrew can build upon your work by implementing an abstraction layer.
