What do you mean? The standard MacTeX distribution puts its executables into /usr/texbin, which is a symlink to something like /usr/local/texlive/2012/bin/x86_64-darwin. In any case, it comes with MacTeX 2013, and it would be very surprising if the 2012 distribution didn't have it, too. It is, in fact, a symlink to pdftex. -- Martin
