The most recent useful one is "Scribus 1.3.5 Beginners Guide" by Cedric Gemy. There are of course some useful tutorials and a complete manual that you can access once it is up and running. Downloading and installing a useful version of Scribus is straightforward. I am forwarding to you under separate cover a draft pdf of the first few pages of a book I am writing. On page 3 is downloading instructions. Just remember to substitute version 1.5.0 instead of 1.6.0 when you reach the online download page on the web. 1.6.0 isn't released yet. -- John Culleton Wexford Press Book layout, typesetting and Indexing Free list of books for self-publishers: http://wexfordpress.net/shortlist.html ___ Scribus Mailing List: scribus at lists.scribus.net Edit your options or unsubscribe: http://lists.scribus.net/mailman/listinfo/scribus See also: http://wiki.scribus.net http://forums.scribus.net
