The authors replied to my email about a year ago.
Not likely I'll try VIVA Designer. The Web of Trust flags the site for
Trustworthiness and Child Safety. I did not dig deep into any details.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is the ToC and Index.
At best, I'm a part time user of page layout software.
