hi hebrews is not yet supported by scribus yet.
lot of work has been done by the HOST crew in oman to get scribus to support arabic and other non latin languages, but their code has not been included in the main scribus yet. here you can follow their work and get their code, compile it and test it: https://github.com/HOST-Oman/scribus ciao a.l.e
