Hi everyone! You see I am totally new to Scribus software, if this software is what I have read, this is incredible
Guys I want to create a magazine in Scribus, but I don't know where to start... and I don't know anything about inDesign or scribus use... I need your orientation I am sketching the magazine in paper , more or less how it will look like... The fact is that I need to fill spaces in the magazine dynamically, because the magazine will be published each 15 days I have read that I can fill my Scribus "template" calling a Python script from inside the Scribus software. In that case I would need to call data from a database (previously feeded) In order to feed that database (mysql) I would need to do it using a PHP form or any other Language formulary, anyhow... in any case.. The important thing is that I need to be able to fill the spaces in the Scribus template very fast calling this script... Is this possible? An Adobe-InDesign freelancer could use Scribus without hassles? A Python programmer could do it easily? Thank you very much for your orientation!
