hi for the pdf export there is a ticket:
https://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=15471 in a chat with ghostscript people, we came up with a possible workaround, but according to jean it is not possible to use it in scribus. no further details are available on why the workardound does not fit and when a new version of gs will be avalaible. but the gs folks were confident that the bug is already fixed in their development version. ciao a.l.e
