You can also use the scrollwheel of your mouse -- put the pointer in the Rotation box, then scroll. If you hold down Ctrl, you make jumps of 10 degrees. 270 degrees should put the top of the text box to the right for the spine. You'll probably have to reposition the frame also (adjust the X-Pos and Y-Pos).
