Dear Mattia, In keeping with the no-suffix for the distro release, -stable and -ng suffices for the PPA, scribus-og would make sense if ever 1.5 got to be called stable :-)
Or simply scribus-1.4; that fits the convention VirtualBox uses for the Oracle releases, and I've seen it with other projects as well.
