What's happened is that a number of things have been pulled out of the
Properties palette to make it simpler. There is now a "Content
Properties" item in the Windows on the toolbar (F3).
For Text frames, this will show the Text Properties palette, and for
Image Frames, the Image Properties palette.

Thanks. Makes sense, I suppose. Still, I'd hate to be the one tasked
with deciding what is a property and what is a content property. ;)
