select distinct c.SiteID as [What You Normally Think The CollectionID Is]
, s.sql
, s.wql
, crq.queryid
,crq.QueryExpression
,crq.rulename
from v_collections c
join collection_rules_sql s on s.collectionid=c.collectionid
join v_collectionruleQuery crq on crq.collectionid=c.siteid
order by c.siteid, s.sql

ItemKey is just another name for resourceid.  I often join two views together
for custom reports (which I suspect Microsoft thought we wouldn't care about )
by joining itemkey in 1 view to resourceid in another view.
