What classes do you want wrapped? You can already access many .NET objects
through VBScript. For example (using the Immed app):

Set arrayList = CreateObject("System.Collections.ArrayList")
arrayList.Add "fun"
arrayList.Add "is"
arrayList.Add "This"
arrayList.Reverse()
For Each i In arrayList : print i : Next
