Rod,

You might google WMI and these terms; it sounds like something WMI might
have.

WMI isn't the easiest to work with at times, but you can look at many of the
other apps which use WMI to get an idea as to structure your query to it for
this info; sometimes the pages which document the particular info also have
VBScript examples.
