Yes, there's a very full set of documentation which is displayed in browser form. You can get to them by finding the Remind_Me_Where app menu item on the App menu of Window-Eyes main window, and in it's app menu choices one of them is "Documentation", which opens a browser window for the documentation (I don't put the documentation in the "help" dialog that was designed for that, as it's far too large to be read easily there). The docs have a table of contents and headings at the start of each section, so that you can come back later and easily find your place. They also have links to various definitions and additional information out on the internet.
