Jeff, It's not clear to me from the documentation whether this is reloading the factory sets on top of your customized sets, or just reloading your customized sets into memory as you want. You may want to write to support and ask them, but I am guessing it's reloading the factory sets, and that's why you're apparently losing any customizations.
