Hi Sean, Scripting this should be no different from scripting any other app. GW did script a soft phone program called AccessAPhone, and the script is in the app library if you want to download it for a look (I think it actually is a soft phone program which supports or replaces a VOIP phone, AccessAPhone may even work with your client's phone system, it's worth checking into before re-inventing this particular wheel).
