I think recent versions of blat don't require that anymore, and MS has had
a port of sendmail to NT for a long time. I haven't dealt with that many NT
systems, but more than once I have seen some that were using at least
FormMail.pl, and probably a few others.
I guess it's a good thing that lives rarely rely on email feedback...
