The CPAN scripts archive (good news)

Hi all,

    The CPAN scripts index, which has not been updated in many months due
to subtle and pernicious bugs, is finally working again.  I intend for it
to stay that way.

    If you've sent me email in the past few months and I haven't responded
to you personally, I apologize.  This problem has had me stumped and
frustrated.

    Thanks for your patience, and if you have any questions, comments, or
suggestions, feel free to let me know.
