I hope this is the right place to ask... I wrote a Perl script I want to make available via CPAN. I already got my PAUSE id and read the requirements page for the POD sections and the like. But I am not sure about the category. The script extracts code snippets from source code files for including them in documentation like LaTeX files while still having the whole source code complable (and testable). Any suggestions for a category? Is there a LaTeX category? Should I better upload it to CTAN? I wanted to avoid uploading to CTAN and CPAN to have only one version to maintain.
