    I don't believe that the (tm) is necessary or appropriate.  You
will notice that there are many trademarks used in names of modules
(e.g., Solaris, SGI) that are not labelled as trademarks *in the
module name*.  Mentioning that ClearCase is a trademark in the
documentation for your script would be an excellent idea, though.
