Script category

I intend to put up a script on CPAN (called "wire") that doesn't seem  
to fit into the existing categories.  It's a tool for calculating and  
tabulating wire properties, such as diameter, cross-section,  
resistivity some more things that may be useful in electronics design.

"Electronics" as such seems to be a bit narrow for a top-level  
category (though I'd be
happy with that).  "Sci:Electronics"?
