Hi, that is weird. SDAPS simply tries to open the file as a TIFF, then PDF and then falls back to imagemagick. The error means that all of these methods failed for some reason (that message needs to be improved obviously).
I don't understand why this could happen right now. Could you plkease modify utils/opencv.py? There simply remove the try/except block in line 51 following. If you do this, then the reason why the PDF file could not be opened should be printed.
