Hello, I am using HP LaserJet M1530 MFP Series PCL 6 to scan the forms. I am facing problem while adding PDF files generated by scanner program hp-scan ( hplipopensource.com) on Ubuntu , but files generated by windows version of HP Scan Program with following parameters
*HP Scan Windows Program Parameters* 1. Scan Size : A4 2. Output Type : Black & White (In Ubuntu either I can take Line Art / Color / Gray. I chose Gray) 3. Resolution : 300 dpi 4. File Type : PDF 5. Scanner Source : ADF *xsane Ubuntu 14.04 Parameters* Resolution: 300dpi Mode: liner Compression: JPEG Scan area (mm): Top left (x,y): (0.000000mm, 0.000000mm) Bottom right (x,y): (215.899994mm, 381.000000mm) Width: 215.899994mm Height: 381.000000mm *hp-scan Ubuntu 14.04 Parameters * Resolution: 300dpi Mode: gray Compression: JPEG Scan area (mm): Top left (x,y): (0.000000mm, 0.000000mm) Bottom right (x,y): (215.899994mm, 381.000000mm) Width: 215.899994mm Height: 381.000000mm Please find files generated using windows and ubuntu version of program at following dropbox link https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f4pw2kuj69ex97o/AAAmiGMkz2x-DJ4meomzaRn1a?dl=0 These are three versions of one form thru different scanner and OS.
