i think the LED connection is correct. i did try to put a power directly to
the LED
and the LED light up. I will increase the resistor value. I begin to wonder
about the
MCLR connection at PIN one. Does it have any effect on my circuit? Currently
i simply connect
the PIN 1 (MCLR) to Vdd. Is it the correct way?
