Hi
I suggest that you use the Debian (Ubuntu) package for sdcc. Either sdcc
which is a reduced Debian Free version or sdcc-nf which is non-free but
includes the full sdcc program.
If you want to compile it yourself, the Ubuntu flex package should do the
trick.
