Mcs51 is missing from the Debian sdcc version 2.8.0 package, see:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/sdcc
but it is not missing from the sdcc-nf package, see:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/sdcc-nf
package.

Please add the non-free to your /etc/apt/sources.list file, example:
deb http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free
then you will be able to install the non-free packages in Debian.
