One thing that would be VERY helpful, IMHO, would be simply to separate the 
user information from the implementation instructions.  I know there's some 
overlap, but having the two in the same place often makes it difficult to 
find what you're looking for at the time and to sort it out.  It wouldn't be 
a deal-breaker if the two pointed into one another in order to clarify those 
few overlapping issues.
