I tried it with the snapshot build sdcc-20100205-5672-setup.exe:
SDCC : mcs51/gbz80/z80/ds390/pic16/pic14/TININative/ds400/hc08 2.9.7
#5672 (Feb 5 2010) (MINGW32)
and it works. The .mem file is generated too.
Can you please confirm it?
