We already have --allow-undocumented-instructions for z80.
So the new feature for r800 would basically be the multiplication
instructions + the different cycle count.

Yes. Still an r800 port would be less work, and benefit more users. So
it looks like a good choicec for something that could be ready for SDCC
4.4.0 to me.
