I need to show all "members" users for all user (also Anonymus). I want to allow new registrations, but I don't want the registration to be published until an admin approves the new user. For the first I used users role, but for the second I don't know. I need to send the confirm via email to a new user until the account is not active I do not have to display it for all users (including anonymous).
